Hi I have a question ever since I started my period it s always been not the same cycle I would get it then i wouldn t get for about 6 months to a year and sometimes a few times a year doctors told it was common for women who lose and gain weight all the time then I was told I might have pcos Well about a few days ago it started feeling a little itchy down there it doesn t burn or hurt when I use the bathroom I m also on my period i haven t had sex in almost 5 years What can it be

I understand your concern.

Vaginal itching during menstruation could be due to hormonal changes and yeast infection.
I suggest to run vaginal swab testing to rule out yeast infection and get it treated adequately.

PCOS can be confirmed through ultrasound examination and hormonal blood tests.

Check your blood sugar levels to rule out diabetes.
