What Causes Itching Inside The Vagina After Having Unprotected Sex?

I am 22years old, 160lbs and 5'9. In the past I have had a few yeast infections and a bacterial infection, but I have been treated for those and given an over the counter pill that help with my pH balance. My boyfriend an I have been haveing sex without a condum for a few months now, I am on birth control. Last two days I have a tickle feeling inside my vagina that makes me feel I need to itch. It doesn't feel or look like the other infections I've had. I've started taking AZO Yeast yesterday to hopefully clear it up, and I inserted a monostat last night before bed, and instead of burning like an infection reacts to it, it tickles an made me want to itch. Do you have any idea of what it is? I'm thinking I need to go see the Gino.
