What Causes Itching On Clitoris Followed By Red Spots?

Hi,
Recently I have developed an itch on my clitoris and lately i have noticed red spots. I don't think its a yeast infection because I went to my gynaecologist a few weeks ago and my check up was good and my pap smear was normal. There is no odor and no discharge. It is really uncomfortable and it has been going on for about 5 days now. Please Help!!!
