What Causes Itching On Legs, Arms And Abdomen Of A Child?
My daughter was diagnosed with Auto Immune Hepatitis at the age of three, and Kawasaki disease around the age of seven. She s experienced no flares until recently. Her lips are dry and cracked, bleeding the other day. The skin on her index finger has been peeling. She s had a rash that we thought was due to her using baby oil- it has appeared on her legs, arms, and stomach and makes her itch. She had diarrhea a couple days ago, but none since. She hasn t ran a fever yet. When should we seek help at the Emergency Room?

I can recommend you not to wait until she became very ill and you call the emergency. As she has comorbidities better for her to see her doctor for probably further examinations.
