What Causes Itching On My Testicles?
Hi 3 to 4 days before I felt some itching on my testicles which later on converted as pimple. Now its a little painful and hardly can be seen that pimple on the testical. Its on the right testical. I have cleaned it with an anti septic liquid applied with a cotton. But no effect. Now please tell me what to do.

It can be a fungal infection or folliculitis.
Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
As of now you can apply topical antibiotics like Mupirocin after cleaning with soap and water.
