I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely smegma accumulation and yeast infection.For such cases i recommend to wash with warm water and application of antifungal ointments like clotrimazole. Soaps should be avoided in washing as it causes more irritation.warm saline water is also soothing for some.I also advise fluconazole tab weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrance.Hope this may help you.
