i had a unprotected sex with a girl kind of pros.after 1week i started having itching on my sculp and in few areas of hand and feet.they are very tiny and everyday 2days after new comes and the older gets vanished.is it a symptom of hiv or is it a heat rash

do consult a dermatologist,
