What Causes Itching On Stomach And Orange Stool During Pregnancy?
Hi. I am 37 weeks pregnant and I have suffered from persitant itchiness from below my neck, all over stomach, and inner thighs. My blood test for bile acid and liver functions were within normal range. However, my stool has changed to an orange color. I also have low blood plateletes of 114. Could this be something to be worried about?

may be you are experiencing some form or pregnancy dermatosis, probably Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (PUPPP), known in United Kingdom as polymorphic eruption of pregnancy (PEP). stool color might be due to diet or pregnancy meds and vitamins. platelet leves could be explained by a gestational thrombocytopenia, a condition that does not cause any problems
