I itch all over especially at night after shower and during evening hours... hands, feet, arms and buttocks. I take iron, calcium with magnesium. I take vitamin D also, but haven t in months have to refill. I am itching now as i am typing. This has been going on for about a month now. i have not changed soaps or detergent and i bath twice a day. My environment is clean. Im considered the board of health. i cant figure out what could it possibly be.

Hello Dr Aadil here welcome to HCM , well there can be a few causes . one should rule out any worm infestation that might be causing you to itch, any contact allergies to clothes/ jewelry etc, your bedding. Scabies can present like this but as you say you are a very keen hygienist so that is less likely. You can get your Complete blood count & absolute eosinophil count done with your liver function tests that will tell us about the likely cause
