What Causes Itching On The Skin?

I have some itching when I touch my skin or use any alo vera gel or powder I feel itching on that area. Two little stain kind of thing is on my neck at right side? what is this? due wearing chain it is happened or dirt I don t know. Shall I use ring guard cream?

It could be eczema or dermatitis. As a first line management, you can take antihistamines like Cetirizine for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
