Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from allergy or acid reflux with eustachian tube blockage. It may be due to post nasal discharge or granular pharyngitis etc. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid cool water and spicy food. Use salt water gargling thrice a day. Use tablet levocetrizine twice a day for five days. If no improvement, please post a query or consult a ENT specialist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
