What Causes Itching On Upper Body Parts?

Hi I get itching mostly on my upper body around the neck around my breasts and on upper hand and elbow and some times thighs .... this increases after meals. Also this doesnt help if i use any thing.. mostly that part of the body s temperature is mostly little high. I need immediate relief
