What Causes Itching Sensation All Over Body And Shortness Of Breath?

My symptoms are sudden extreme itching over my entire body accompanied with shortening breath and over heating. The symptoms come on suddenly and last from two to five minutes depending on how quickly I can get cooled down. For example when I m walking from our apartment to the car, a distance of approximately 70 feet and leave the shady area to step into the sunshine, that brings on the attack without fail.Note: I have COPD and on supplemental oxygen ( 3 LPM ). All tests are normal & doctors can find 0 answers.

Well come to HCM
Such itching could be due to urticarial and this could be idiopathic one but some time this could erupt with the emotional stress although this may not need any specific treatment because most of the time this is self limiting, but can be tried "Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day" hope this information helps, take care.
