What Causes Itching Sensation All Over Body And Small Spots On Hand?

its itching all over my body...starting it was only in my hand...small spots....Dr. said it is due to some insects or mosquitoes...but it s itching all over my body...but no spots on the body.....only in the hand...if we apply betzee ...it doesn t come...if we. stop then this continues

Hi,

The lesions you described may be prurigo. There may be papulovesicular erutions on extremities and trunk. There may be itching without skin lesions. Skin might be sensitive to many irritants or allergens. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

Steroids in tappering dose might improve the lesions. Antihistaminics like levocetirizine may be taken till itching subsides. Avoid contact with suspected irritants and allergens. Mild steroid cream might be applied on the lesions.

You may be improved after few months treatment. I hope you got my answer.
