Hi Doctor, every time I go for a walk (walking moderately faster than the normal walk), I get very itchy all over the body....I have to stop walking and wait a while for the feeling to stop, then I can resume my walk but not at a fast pace because the itchiness returns....it feels horrible...it s as if I had an allergic reaction to walking, it itches every where on my body. thanks for your comments.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. It appears that you are experiencing itching sensation all over the body during morning walk because of 'seasonal' allergy, may be caused due to pollen in the environment. You can take Tablet. Montelukast 10 mg with Levocetirizine dihydrochloride 5 mg once a day for 2 months. Thereafter, you may take only Montelukast or Levocetrizine, as necessary. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
