What Causes Itching Sensation Along With Sweating And Headaches?

Long term (several years) itching, excesive sweating and srenge pains (stomach area, chest,headaches etc). My primary care doctor always Don t know . Now tells me to find an interal doctor. Also, been taking low dose xanax which helps a lot. So - just wondering is there some disease/condision that I have???

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have itching sensation along with sweating and headaches . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like :=

- Transient ischemic attack (sort of stroke)
- Mononucleosis
- Insulin reaction (hypoglycemia)
- Meningitis
- Sunburn

I would suggest you to consult cardiologist without any delay , because it can may lead serious complication like heart attack . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI , ECG , Computerized tomography angiography and complete blood profile . Doctor may anti-platelet drugs , anti coagulant like heparin or may recommend angioplasty . Doctor may also refer you to other specialist like dermatologist in case of allergic problem .
