What Causes Itching Sensation And Burning Sensation Around Urethra?

I am not sure if I have a yeast infection. I have had them in the past. Around my uretha it is tenders and someitmes is itchy. No burning upon urination. Also my anus will itch at times. I do not notice anytype of discharge that indicates a yeast infection.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the description, it appears that you could be having superficial bacterial infection of the skin around the genital region.
Kindly do the following to overcome the symptoms.
1. Wash the area with mild antiseptic solution like Povidine-iodine thrice daily.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin cream over the region.
3. Take Tablet.Levocetrizine once a day to control itching.
4. In case you do not feel better after 3 days, take a course of antibiotic Tablet.Metronidazole orally.
5. Wear loose fitting undergarments to provide proper ventilation and avoid friction in the affected area.
6. Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
Maintain clean and good personal hygiene.
Gradually, your symptoms should subside and you should feel better.
