What Causes Itching Sensation And Unpleasant Vaginal Discharge?

I am not sure if I have a yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, or another type of infection. My vaginal area is itchy, but not the vulva. I have discharge that has a bad odor (not necessarily fishy, but not pleasant), and it varies from thin and yellowish to white and creamy. Didn't know if I should just go pick up some Monostat or if I need to get an antibiotic from my doctor. Thank you!

You may be suffering from Candida Infection or Yeast Infection

Detailed Answer :
As a physician I would like to tell you that symptoms of Itchiness along with bad odor discharge most commonly point to Candida or yeast infection. Thus I would recommend that you use a Clotrimazole pessary for 5-7 days to be used at bedtime for internal use.

I woul also suggest that you should eat healthy food, avoid drinking smoking coffee and keep your daily hygiene.
