What Causes Itching Sensation And White Creamy Discharge From Penis After Having Sex?

hi.I recently had sex and the nest day, I found some creamy substance on my penis and it smelled like coconut. My penis had an itchy feeling and later I washed it off and it was fine. After two days the head got closed and I have symptoms of yeast infection and also my head is not coming out of fore skin. Point to be noted, I have type 1 diabetes.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The symptoms you are describing says that you could have yeast (fungal) infection.
Kindly use antifungal cream like fluconazole to be applied topically. Also keep the area clean by rinising with warm water and mild antiseptic solution.
Since you are type 1 diabetic, it would be better to take systemic antifungal medication in case the response is slow with topical antifungal cream.
Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside and the lesions heal completely.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
