What Causes Itching Sensation In Nose And Cheeks During Sleep?
Whenever I am just about sleep...that moment when you can say its half-way between wake and sleep, the my nose gets itchy- inside or around it. Sometimes my cheeks get itchy.- That s what I have. If I scratch my nose, the process of getting asleep gets interrupted. Anton N. Y
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itching sensation in nose and cheeks during sleep . The symptoms you mention in query can occu due to many reasons like allergic reaction , infection , which sometimes also occur in people using CPAP , acid reflux or dry weather .
I would suggest you to stop taking alcohol if your are taking as it is major cause of dehydration of body. Drink plenty of water. Take lot of salads, fruits in diet to detoxify yourself.
Do warm saline nasal rinses and consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order nasal endoscopy to examine and treat it accordingly.
