What Causes Itching Sensation In Penis?

My penis itches, only on the right side. There is no external rash or discoloration, and no visible sign of damage. I have not been sexually active with a partner in years, however, I have masturbated frequently and for long periods of time sometimes. What should I do?

Here I would like further information to guide you better
Your age and relevant medical history like diabetes or prostate disease
Since how long you have this problem?

If I were your treating doctor, I would have advised you for a battery of tests like Urine microscopy and urine culture and blood sugar after physical examination

Depending upon th results of the test I might have prescribed you a course of antibiotics.

Meanwhile Have plenty of fluids like plain water and lemon water
You can take antihistaminics like levocetirizine for itching if it is unbearable.
