What Causes Itching Sensation In The L4 And L5 Area?

hello I have sponylosthesis & spondyletheis in L4 L5 area. I have had in fir 22 years, it hurts but I do ok and try to exercise correctly. but lately I feel a weird itchy sensation in that area, pain is a little more than unusual but not in crisis mode. what is this itchy feeling. ? thank you Betsy

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)Do a full blood count with differential
2)Do Fasting blood sugar & TSH
3)Do an USG to ruled out kidney and gallbladder stone
