I have itching min my personal parts. Constipated unless I eat prunes, oatmeal, and plenty of salad, and spinach Gaining weight. Hotflashes for the last 25 years. I was tested for thyroid and blood work came out ok. I was going to a naturalist and she said my pancreas was slightly enlarged. I went through a detox and finished that August 19 th. I did loose 14 lbs. and hot flashes subsided but they are starting to come back again along with the weight gain.

Hello,

You did not mention your age? If you are female, then the symptoms which you are suffering from might be because of hormonal changes. You can visit your gynaecologist and start hormonal therapy.

Meanwhile, you can have balanced diet with 2 to 3 liters of water. Include green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and juices.

You can do some yoga and meditation or else go for 45 min walk daily. Also, check for your thyroid and hemoglobin levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priya Mohod Shirsat
