i am 31, 5.4 height and 70kg weight. i am suffering from phimosis. i streatch my foreskin down. i am feeling itching on top of the foreskin now and i am not able o streatch it now. its pain while streatching. what to do or which cream i can apply on foreskin and head of the glan

I have gone through your query. Itching of foreskin can be due to yeast infection or dryness. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area and instead you can use saline or warm water. Using ointments containing anti fungal agents like miconazole and corticosteroid like flucinolone will be helpful for this. Also use loose and cotton underwear.
