What Causes Itching Sensation On Foreskin?

Hi Doctor.. I am a bachelor and unmarried guy. I have been having some itching sensation on the foreskin (the internal of the foreskin) & the itching is internal all the way inside to the bulbuous portion of the penis. Not sure if ther is any infection ?
Also , the priority query at this time, which I am suffering from since today morning,, my lower abdomen and the right testicle are paining a lot as if it swelled..or something ..

Hello,

Please let us know if you are circumcized or do you clean inside of your foreskin twice daily with soap and water? The itching could be due to accumulation of smegma inside your foreskin. Swelling of your testicles needs physical examination. Therefore, I suggest consulting an urologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.
