What Causes Itching Sensation On Penis Along With Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi, i have itching near the area thatbis the end of head and fore skin starts on the penis in multiple places, when i use water on it,it turns whitish around those areas and soft too.. looks like some infecrion.. I also have noticed with this, suddenly am having erectile issues, erectile issues started after having antibiotics for more than 10 days in a row as prescribed by doc for another treatment. ! I feel embarrassed. .
