What Causes Itching Sensation On The Lower Abdomen?

I recently had a bartholin s gland duct and I pierced it with a safety pin but I don t think I drained it completely. A day or 2 after I started itching under my abdomen and small lesions started to form around in that area. Do you think it s possible that I didn t drain it completely and may need to have it lanced by a doctor correctly?

Hi.
As per your case history of itching on lower abdomen, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
