What Causes Itching Sensation On The Penis Despite Normal STD Report?
I had an itchy tingling feeling in my penis, and my uretha kept getting stuck to my underwear. My pee wasn t burning or anything, and then a couple days later bumps appeared on the head of my penis, and inside my urethra. I got tested for herpes, chlamydia, and gonorrea. All came back negative. What is wrong with me?

Hello,
Itching and tingling sensation in urethra could be due to urinary tract infection (UTI). UTI can also lead to symptoms which you are experiencing. I suggest you get a urine culture test besides STD tests which you already have got done.
