What Causes Itching Sensation On The Vaginal Opening?

I keep having an itch in the opening of my virgina it feels like worms moving its been going on for like 2 years now at least once a month am having regular discharge plus my blood results states everything is fine ive seen gyn n been treated on many occasions but it still not resolve do u have any advice

Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that you might be having,
1, yeast infection,
2, having worm infestation.
Due to passing worms these might travel front into vagina giving this feeling and itching.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally and go for one oral antifungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4weeks.
Go for one anti-worm medicine course like Albendazole 400 mg stat.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Keep your nails well cut and clean.
Ok and take care.
