What Causes Itching White Patches On Skin?

Hiii Sir, I am a 32 Yrs Old Guy that i am getting some white patches on my skin on my body for last few days, my body is getting itching, Can you suggest me is this a disease or any Summer or any allergic problem and my wrist hairs are getting Co lour Change, Due to this i am getting tension, Please can you suggests me?

Hi,

It seems that probably you may be having superficial fungal infection called Tinea versicolor. It is caused by melassazia furfur. It is a benign skin condition with tendency to spread on face,neck,trunk and upper extremities. There may be itching also.

I would suggest..

- antifungal cream like ketoconazole cream
- antifungal tablets like ketoconazole
- antipruritic like levocetirizine tablet
- avoid soap bath

However, you consult the dermatologist to have perfect treatment.
