What Causes Itchy And Inflamed Open Sore In The Vagina?

have a chronic open sore in the vaginal area not a yeast infection, not herpes, not cystic itches and burns is very small pin hole type wound that does not respond to meds have been using melaluca diluted lately which relieves the itchy but does not help heal the lesion

I really appreciate your concern, hygienic care need to be taken for wound, later of sooner this would be fine and will heal completely and if this does not heal then it may need biopsy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
