What Causes Itchy And Inflamed Spots On Hands And Feet?

I have been having very isolated, itchy and inflamed spots on my hands and feet. Usually an area around the diameter of a quarter, and very itchy. Sometimes on the tip of a finger or two - not the whole hand or even every finger. Inflamation inlcludes a redish tone and slight puffiness. I have tried to keep track of any foods or anything else it may be an allergic reaction to, but have not been able to find any correlating factors. Any ideas?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itchy and inflamed spots on hands and feet . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like dyshidrotic eczema , angiomas , seborrheic keratosis , psoriasis and boils I would suggest you to maintain proper personal hygiene , apply petroleum jelly to affected area , take over the counter anti histamine like bendryl and apply cold compresses on affected area . If condition doesn't get improve the consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order skin patch test , allergy test and blood test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory , immunosuppressants and corticosteroid ointment .
