What Causes Itchy And Painful Rashes On The Arms?
My 78 year old Dad has a severe rash on his arms. It looks like a really bad sunburn that has peeled and raw. Only he was not sunburnt. He has always had a bad rash on his hands (thyroid disorder), but never his arms before. Any ideas? It itches and is painful.
