What Causes Itchy And Red Bumps On Arm And Upper Leg?
My 4 year old is developing sporadic red bumps with hard centers. They itch and am to be coming out of nowhere. When he got the first 2 I thought they were bug bites but now he has developed several more. He now has one on each arm near his armpit, one in his upper leg, and one on his head near his hairline.

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. I suggest using an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg to relieve the itching. I also suggest using a steroid cream for local application such as Betametasone cream.
