What Causes Itchy And Red Patches On Sides Of Clitoris?

I have itchy red patches on both sides of my clitoris. There is smelly discharge and painful irritation. It hurts to bathe so I ve opted for showers. About 4 a day. Smell still returns. What could this be? I ve been sleeping with 1 guy this whole year and these symptoms are quite new.
