What Causes Itchy And Red Rashes On The Penis Head?

Hi I get a red rash on my penis head. I am not circumcised and it is flat and goes away after 24 hours. it Itches a little, but no discharge or pain when i am peeing. It comes and goes. I have been to a doctor and has a swab and was given the all clear. Any advice?

No need to worry for infection or any other serious illness as you are not having pain or discharge and your swab is also clear.
Possibility of irritation related symptoms is more.
So better to wear cotton undergarments only. Don't wear tight inner wears.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts.
