What Causes Itchy And Sensitive Breast?

My right breast has been itching for a while now, it became dry so i applied regular hand lotion to it. There is a clear liquid coming out from a section of the surrounding of the nipple now. My breast is still itchy and sensitive. Should i be concerned? Is it an infection? What can i do? I am 18 years old and i am worried it might be a sign of cancer.

i appreciate your concern
you need not to worry this age not the age for a cancer to develop
Looking at youe symptoms it could be an infection only
Please consult your doctor for a course of antibiotics plus antihistaminic drug like
levocetirizine for itching
