What Causes Itchy Anus And Yellow Fleshy Thing Hanging Out Of Anus?

Hi I m a 29yr old women who had had a itchy anus or around 4mths, I do have a small lump not to sure weather that s were I ve been itching it, I ve had a look today and I noticed a yellow fleshy thing hanging out but if I push it comes out more or relax it goes bak in slightly? I m a little worried

Hi,

Is the swelling present there constantly, or comes out only during straining? Any history of bleeding from there? Any history of constipation? This might suggest a rectal prolapse. The itching is from drying and irritation. Kindly consult a surgeon for evaluation and management accordingly. Meanwhile, include plenty of fruits and vegetables in diet as constipation will worsen the condition.
