What Causes Itchy Blisters On Penis After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hello,On May 7th I had unprotected sex with a girl who says she is clean. Although on Monday the 9th I felt terrible fever and body aches. Soon after I was working a continued to itch my penis. After investigating I same 5 bumps but don t think they ever blistered. I recently had a yeast infection but this does not seem to be they same feeling. The area is now scab looking but still painful to touch. I have contacted the girl sense this finding but she assures me she has never had herpes. I m just curious what all could this be if not herpes ?
