Sir I m feeling. Iching in between. My legs and when I scratch that it becomes red gives me burning sensation. There are kind of some pimples on my penis also and on the scortum my skin between joint of legs has also became. Blackish. Sir what should I do I am very tense

From history it seems that there might be having some fungal infection or skin infection like dermatitis giving this problem.
Go for one oral antifungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Take Cetrizine or Benadryl for itching.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
