What Causes Itchy Blisters On The Buttock And A Lump On The Vagina?

Hi, im 26. Have had 4 c sections, extremely sexually active ( one partner only though) have round itchy and blistery marks on the creases at bottom of my butt cheeks( was told i have a fungal infection, had scraping to confirm, finished course of antibiotics and still using cream after 4-5months but still hasnt cleared up completely) have pea-sized lump in my armpit, is quite sore and seems to be attached to the skin, also had same sort of lump at bottom of the opening of the vagina, was bleeding after intercourse alsoand painful, still is painful but lump has minimized in size now. Need some answers, embarrassed to show my body to my partner. Plz help

The itchy blisters on buttocks with lump on vagina sound to be related to sexually transmitted infection induced eruptions most likely as fungal or bacterial origin. Kindly share your previously available swab or culture reports with me during follow up chat so that better guidelines regarding residual needed therapy can be figured out.
