What Causes Itchy Body While On Losartan Along With Metformin And Glipizide?

Does losartan or metprolol cause one to itch? I also, take metforrmin and glipizide, and armout thyroid. My skin, especially my shoulders and back, down my arms and mostly, the lower part of my legs are red and look a mess, from the itching and me scratching, breaking the skin and making sores.
