What Causes Itchy Boils On Legs, Shoulder And Buttocks?

hey! Im a 20 year old male. I have itch all over my body, especially in my back and legs. My shoulder region is covered with what appears to be heat boils but are very itchy, same is the case in my butt and in between my legs. it all started around 6 months back, starting from my butt and now it appears to be spreading everywhere. i hope you could advice something. and i forgot to mention that i ve hair fall problem too. could you advice for this problem too?

Dear, thanks for the question.

Boils in the areas you have mentioned seems to be infective in nature. Infections in the hair roots and glands (sweat, sebum) below the skin can result in these boils. Boils in the shoulder area can be acne and in thighs it is hair root infection. Oily skin is also a possible cause for this condition.

You need to take skin specialist's advise. Meanwhile you can go for a course of antibiotics (doxicycline 100 mg once a day for 10 days) and anti inflammatory (ibuprofen). Give due attention to hygiene and reduced hair oil application.
