What Causes Itchy Bumps All Over The Body?

I am expirince like some bumps in my body luck line a mosquito bite but them turn very red itchy and in one day or two my skin inthe same place turn dark start in my right arm now I have legs arms chest, fingers please can you tell me what is going on Thank you
