What Causes Itchy Bumps At The Vaginal Opening During Pregnancy?

I have these little itchy bumps around the opening of my vagina. I m 34 weeks pregnant and I have no STDS. Sometimes the bumps itch very badly, along with the rest of vagina parts. Usually the day after my fiancé and I have intercourse. I ve let him ejaculate inside of me ever since I found out I was pregnant and the bumps just appeared about 2 months ago. What is this?
