What Causes Itchy Bumps On Chest And Back?

i have red itchy bumps on my chest, back, and shoulders. when i first discovered it the itch only showed up when i was in the shower, now it itches all the time but it only turns red after i itch it. ive had it for a while now and i dont know what it is.

Hi.
As per your case history we need to differentiate few disorders like miliria or acne or fungal infection. So We need to ask you about how the skin rash looks like? Does it remain all the time for appears occasionally?
Till you consult dermatologist for perfect diagnosis my advice is-
1. Don;t squeeze or itch the rash- it will increase the condition
2. Take tab levocetrizine 5mg twice daily. Apply calamine lotion for symptomatic relief.
