What Causes Itchy Bumps On Eyelids With Blurred Vision?

I have a bump on my upper right eyelid that has been there for several months. I thought it was allergies, but as time goes by it seems to swell up at the end of day and makes my vision blurry. I do drink at night and it then begans to burn and itch. What is going on???

This is blepharitis. clean the lid with sterile swab. Apply neosporine eye ointment on lid margin. Treat dandruff in scalp and eye brow wthnizral solution. Maintain hygiene of face and eye.
