I woke up with a lot of itchy bumps. It is not bed bugs. They are separately spaced and they are white with a lot of red around them. They itch a lot. They appear on my arms and hands. Yesterday my pinky was also swollen because of some type of bite I got at night.

I would suggest you to get hormone levels monitored. Make use of product containing benzoyl peroxide. Take Multivitamin supplements. Apply topical antibacterial ointment such as mupirocin and do yoga and meditation daily. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Apply Adapalene gel once at night.
