What Causes Itchy Bumps On Labia Majora After Sex?

hello , right i got loads of bumps under the skin on my labia morjaro i dont want to go to a doctor because its embarrasing this has happened after i shaved so i dont know if that is the problem its been her for quite a while i aint had no sex o anything there itchy sometimes and aswell my pubes is very itchy after shaving please help ?!
