What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Head, Shoulders And Chest?

my granddaughter has presented with itching bumps on her head, shoulders, chest, and stomach. There are not that many of them and they come and go along with an intermittent fever. She can be playing and happy most of the day then wake up from her nap scratching, fussy, and have a fever. She had her MRR vaccine a month ago and when the symptoms first started 3 weeks ago her Dr. said it was a reaction to the vaccine. She is still miserable. We have tried benedryll, claritin, aveeno anti itch creams, hydrocortisone creams, etc. Can she be allergic to something else not related to the vaccine and experience a fever with it. up to 101.5? She also has a bad case of diaper rash. When we took her to the Doctor today she didn t have a fever and was acting normal. Doctor was not concerned after her examination. 2 hours later she was itching like crazy but we didn t get her temperature. Any ideas of what the problem could be? What should we do? the child is not getting better.
